Photo Projects

Taking photos is my passion, I’m not a professional, I never went to school to learn it…… but I love it. I love everything to do with photography. Cameras, the click of the shutter, the final image. It excites me, as much as getting my first Nintendo Gameboy when I was a wee boy. And yes my friends, that is a day I’ll never forget. I started getting into photography in about 2004/2005 after using my ex-girlfriends film SLR. From that moment I was hooked.

The girlfriend left, but the photography stayed with me. I carried on developing my skills, lusting over camera gear and finding a new love girlfriend for 35mm B&W film. Digital cameras, Holgas, and finally settling with a Leica M6, which has been by my side like a loyal dog for the past 4 years.

These pages are a set of finished photography projects that I have undertaken in my spare time over the past couple of years. They will continue to grow the more I learn and develop, coming up with new ideas, challenges and stories. These pages make up a very small percentage of all my photos I’ve taken over the years.
